Open source · for people looking for work

Job search that works for you. Not for the companies hiring.

It watches the careers pages you care about, rates every opening against what you actually want — this month, next year, five years out — and keeps track of what you applied to. It never applies for you.

Your search, not a keyword filter.

A search is rarely one query. Describe yours the way you'd explain it to a friend, and the tedious part is done for you.

01

Sources

Add the companies you'd like to work for. Scans read their careers pages — and the hiring platforms behind them, like Greenhouse, Lever or Workable.

02

Tracks

Each direction of your search is a track, with criteria marked must, strong, bonus or against. "Motion at a game studio" and "remote studio contract" can live side by side.

03

Ratings

Every new opening is judged against every track: good fit, maybe or poor fit — with a sentence on why. Nothing is added until you confirm it.

04

Pipeline

Applications, replies and promised dates in one place. When a company goes quiet for a week, the Today screen tells you.

Plan past the next application.

Tracks have a horizon. Openings you're not ready for aren't noise — they show what the next level asks for.

Where you apply

Openings rated good fit are the ones worth your evening this week.

~1 year

What you're growing into

Real vacancies at the level you're aiming for, each with the gaps named: the tools, the experience, the portfolio piece.

~5 years

Where it all leads

Steps no job posting gives you — publish a tool, give a talk, build a body of personal work — tracked like anything else.

Role models. Add people or studios whose path you'd like to follow. Their milestones — the job that mattered, the thing they gave away — become a map for your own tracks.

Built for one side of the table.

Hiring software serves the people hiring. This doesn't.

It never acts on your behalf

No auto-apply, no messages sent, no accounts created. You decide and you apply, through each company's own form.

No money from people looking for work

No subscription, no paid tier, no limits. If it helped you land something, you can donate. That's it.

Your data stays yours

Your profile, tracks, ratings and applications live in your own database. They're never part of the code repository.
